Good day to all! Today is Day 59 of the 100 Candidates in 100 Days campaign, and I am excited to announce that we are on our way to starting the next district of coverage, which in this case would be District 13. A couple details regarding this district: much like District 12, they have also cancelled their republican primary as no one on that party decided to oppose the sitting incumbant. So, we will be starting with her to lead us into the 13th District before we go into the Democratic candidates. So, without further ado, let’s start right away:
Today’s Candidate: Anna Paulina Luna
Luna has already held two other terms within congress as she replaced Representative Charlie Crist. She also served within the United States Airforce from 2009 all the way to 2018. After that, she worked with PragerU as a chairwoman towards their Hispanic initiative and worked as a host of a podcast. That means that she’s an influencer turned political office-holder.

Luna is running as the Republican Candidate and the incumbant for the 13th District for the general election. As such, her positions hold starkly with the conservative ideology:
Expanding the efficency of the government to promote less spending
Prohibiting foreign countries from purchasing US soil and agricultural assets
Expanding care for United States military veterans
This concludes Day 59! Thank you very much for reading, and now we move on towards the Democratic party. Please look forward for tomorrow!
