Good day to all! We are in Day 40 of of the 100 Candidates in 100 Days campaign, and we have now reached the Seventh District of Florida’s Congressional zones. As always, we start off with the incumbent for the district, which in this case would be Cory Mills. Let’s see how he has done so far, and whether he should continue serving in the district.

Today’s Candidate: Cory Mills

Mills has spent two terms in office since his inauguration in 2023. He has an extensive history with the armed forces (much more extensive than what I could cover here. I encourage everyone to read up on it though) and is the co-founder and co-owner of several security and less-than-lethal manufacturing solutions for law enforcement and high-priority events.

Mills is one of the most prominent Republicans currently on the ballot, and as such, his positions line up very squarely with the current conservative ideology, such as:

  • Prioritizing American energy independence while still staying mindful of the environment

  • Secure the borders at both the north and the south

  • Passing a parental bill of rights to ensure the parent’s voice in the education of the child

This concludes Day 40! Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you are no feeling more secure about who is currently on your ballot and are more informed about one of the names present come August. Stay tuned for day 41!
