Good day to everyone as we keep moving towards the next election and move ahead with the 100 Candidates in 100 Days campagin. Today, we look at the only Democrat Candidate for the First Congressional District’s House election, Gay Valimont, so lets dive right in.
Today’s Candidate: Gay Valimont
Valimont is approaching her second bid for the position as the Representative of District 1. While she has never held office before, she ran to fill the position left open by Rep. Gaetz.
She is a dedicated mother and gun control advocate. Now, she is wishing to take those experiences all the way to the Federal government.

Since she is the only Democrat Candidate for this spot, her positions lean closer to the liberal ideology, such as:
Enacting red flag gun laws
Give everyone universal healthcare
Remove the influence that interests have had on politics and campaign financing.
