Already at Day 9! It’s a little hard to believe, but we’re already almost to the double digits in the 100 Candidates in 100 Days Campaign. To push this forward today is James FIshback for Florida.

Today’s Candidate: James Fishback

Unlike many other candidates, Fishback is not a politician first and foremost. His professional history is that of an investor and businessman. Instead of charging Capitol Hill, he challenged Wall Street and the economic centre of America instead. Fishback takes pride in positioning himself as a continuance of the work started by the current governor Ron Desantis. As such, many of his policies are similar or exactly the same as the previous administration’s policies.

Fishback is currently running on a conservative platform, and as such, he would be continuing the positions the previous administration had set in place, except with more of an emphasis on economics, such as:

  • Improving the housing market in order to lower the current housing prices

  • Increasing job opportunities for Floridians and creating income growth

  • Establishing a more value-based narrative for the government to run on in relation to its people

  • Restricting abortion rights across the state

This concludes Day 9! Thank you so much for reading, and I hope this has helped you make a more prepared decision about who you will be voting for during the Republican Primary coming up in August 18th. Stay tuned for Day 10!
