Good day to everyone! This is day 25 of the 100 Candidates in 100 Days campaign, and we continue to move through each of Florida’s Congressional Districts, we have progressed on into the Third District, and as has become customary in races where there is an incumbent, we start off with Kat Cammack:
Today’s Candidate: Kat Cammack
Cammack is the incumbent in the race for the third district, and has held the position since 2021, which means that, assuming she wins, this will be her fourth term in office. She positions herself as a stauch conservative and agricultural ally due to her history with the farming industry. She is also very familiar with one of Florida’s main hubs in Gainsville, as her husband is a paramedic with the fire department and as well as a medic for a SWAT Unit
Throughout her campaign, Kat’s positions have held strongly to conservative values, such as:
Preservation of the right to bear arms
Prevention of the expansion of abortion rights
Amplification of the transparency in government spending
Cracking down on red tape in regards to small businesses and individuals
