Good day to all! Today is Day 64 of the 100 Candidates in 100 Days campaign, and the start of the list of Republicans currently challenging the Democratic incumbent currently holding the seat in the Fourteenth District. There are a significant amount of candidates for the Republican party for this district, so let’s get this going:
Today’s Candidate: Mike Beltran
Beltran has had a decent stint in politics ever since 2018, where he has participated in two different districts within the Florida House of Representatives. These would be Florida House District 57 and Florida House District 70. Aaprt from this, his undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Law degree is from Harvard.
Beltran is running as a republican within Florida’s 14th District, and as such, he aligns closely with the conservative ideology:
Preserving the 2nd Amendment with as few limitations as possible
Prioritizing parental rights in relationship to their child’s education and health
Making sure the federal budget operates within its means and does not operate on a deficit
