Good day to everyone! Day 32 is now upon us and we keep moving forward with the 5th district as we take a look at their second candidate: Rachel Grage! This is the first of the few candidates currently running for the Democratic ticket in District 5. If there’s nothing else left to say, let’s dive right in.
Today’s Candidate: Rachel Grage
This will be Grage’s second time running for any race period, and the first time running within the Fifth district, as she had originally run that first time around in the 16th district. Other than that, she has two degrees from Tulane University which she used to work heavily in the biomedical engineering field.
Grage is currently running for the Democratic nomination, meaning that her stances line up with a liberal/centrist ideology such as:
Defending Medicare and Medicaid programs
Pushing for accountability in the government and a balance of powers between the three branches
Enforcing border security while building up a fair immigration system
