Today’s Candidate: Rachel Rodriguez
Rachael is the daughter of a Cuban immigrant and a homesteader, and is currently leading a faith-based campaign on the Republican platform as her bid to become the next governor of Florida. She is a political newcomer who now enjoys her first experience running for office. In her professional life, she is an attorney who became active in the public sphere during the Covid-19 Pandemic era.
Rodriguez is currently running on the Republican ballot, and as such, her positions align closely with the conservative ideology:
restoring physical autonomy in terms of medical mandates and procedures.
cutting taxes and tacking shots towards the red tape in order to make it easier on Floridians.
prioritize parental rights in the space of education and medicine, with an emphasis on vaccinations
