Good day to everyone! Here we are at Day 27 and we continue on with the 100 Candidates in 100 Days campaign. We continue forward with Tom Wells on the Democratic ticket today, so without further ado, lets go for it!
Today’s Candidate: Tom Wells
Wells has attempted to run for the House of Representatives on numerous occasions. He has been on the ballot for Democratic ticket every election cycle for the past 10 years since 2016. Other than attempting to win the position for the house in recent years, he is also a business owner and the holder of a Ph.D. in theoretical physics.
Wells is running on the Democrat ticket, and as such, holds his running positions very closely to the liberal ideology, such as:
Applying medicare for all citizens
Increasing minimum wage to $18/hour and mandating new standards for work benefits
Reverse Tax Cuts and impose a Wealth Tax
